One of the most important parts of the wedding is capturing memorable moments with your loved ones. Eventhough there is always going to be a camera man on hand following guests around trying to get as many shots as possible, the problem is that the photos can come out really boring and lacking in energy.

The good news is that there is a solution for that! In a photo booth guests can take their own photos using props, making it more interactive and fun. These days photo booths are all the trend and there are many places that offer rentals, but since it can be pricey why not try to DIY?

Here is what to do:

• Pick a spot in your venue to make into the photo booth corner. This minimizes the impact on the rest of the room, and also minimizes the likelihood of people unexpectedly bumping a tripod or popping up in your shots!
• Hang a piece of fabric or curtain as the backdrop for your photos.
• Use a tripod to keep your photo taking equipment stable.
• Provide props as you see fit, you could even match it with your theme!
