It’s What You Eat.

Often I get asked what beauty products to use to look more beautiful, younger, and healthier. I always respond with “it is what you eat”. Let’s focus on your ABC vitamins and take you through some of its benefits and sources.

Vitamin A helps boost your immunity system, your vision, bone growth, tooth development, and maintain healthy hair and skin. Found in (tomatoes, watermelon, passionfruit, mango, papaya, broccoli, sprouts, leeks, peas, pumpkin, spinach, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, cow’s milk, tuna).

Vitamin B1 helps your body cells convert carbohydrates into energy. It is crucial for the functioning of the heart, muscles and nervous system. Found in (avocado, dates, grapes, guava, orange, pineapple, asparagus, sweet potato, potato, okra, beef, salmon, tuna, soy beans, soy milk black beans, kidney beans).

Vitamin B2 helps the growth of your body, reproduction and red cells production. Found in (bananas, lychee, pomegranate, pears, almonds, buckwheat, chestnuts, oats, wheat, eggs, caviar, chicken, fava beans)

Vitamin C is one of the most important of all vitamins, It plays a significant role as an antioxidant, protecting body tissue from the damage of oxidation.

Antioxidants act to protect your cells against the effects of free radicals, which are potentially damaging by-products of the body’s metabolism. Free radicals can cause cell damage that may contribute to the development of cardiovascular disease and cancer. Vitamin C has also been found by scientists to be an effective antiviral agent. Found in (grapefruit, kiwi, orange, papaya, strawberries, broccoli, sprouts, green pepper, chestnuts, cod, goat milk, soy beans, edamame)

So pump up on your vitamins beautiful ladies.

The absolute pool partaaaayyyyy!!!

As the heat is starting to rise, we can now relax and have pool parties since the weather is warm enough but not too hot.We at absolute events have gotten you some ideas for a poolside party. Piña colada cupcakes, veggie's half dipped in cheese, mini sliders and glasses of mojitos.

Now we've tried to look at it from two perspectives, a chilled California themed day pool party or a festive Miami themed night pool party.

A tiny umbrellas wreath, is the perfect decoration for welcoming the guests and giving them a sneak peak of the party. DIY flower straws are the perfect accessory for your guests drinks.

Neon decorations  of balloons and flamingos will pop out brightly for the outdoor venue.

Hanging lanterns across and floating balloon swans in the swimming pool.

The menu's style would be refreshing, so basically your guest would be munching on piña colada cupcakes and sipping colorful mocktails .

Healthy mini bites that are brightly colored, would definitely open up the guests appetite.

Bring on the Mexican food, slush and guacamole, these foods scream pool party.Party favors for the guest can be sunglasses.

Or you can bring down the house by having a night pool party with LED furniture and lighting up the whole backyard.Contact absolute for LED cocktail tables and chairs.

Zig with no Zag....

We've all been mesmerized by the graphic Zig Zag trend, it has been around, since Missoni started their knitwear factory in 1953, incorporating different colors in a Chevron style. It was shown everywhere lately from fashion runways to your home offices floor. In the following photos you can see the many possibilities to showcase some zig zag love to your party or wedding.

These cookies are a wonderful way to present the chevron print to be eaten with their tea, at the beginning of the event.

These invites, would look so nice as a preview for the guests.

Since its a bold pattern, you have to keep in mind that a little literally goes a long way, hence the napkin above.

This is also a non traditional way of a wedding cake with a modern take on it.
