It’s What You Eat.

Often I get asked what beauty products to use to look more beautiful, younger, and healthier. I always respond with “it is what you eat”. Let’s focus on your ABC vitamins and take you through some of its benefits and sources.

Vitamin A helps boost your immunity system, your vision, bone growth, tooth development, and maintain healthy hair and skin. Found in (tomatoes, watermelon, passionfruit, mango, papaya, broccoli, sprouts, leeks, peas, pumpkin, spinach, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, cow’s milk, tuna).

Vitamin C is one of the most important of all vitamins, It plays a significant role as an antioxidant, protecting body tissue from the damage of oxidation.

Antioxidants act to protect your cells against the effects of free radicals, which are potentially damaging by-products of the body’s metabolism. Free radicals can cause cell damage that may contribute to the development of cardiovascular disease and cancer. Vitamin C has also been found by scientists to be an effective antiviral agent. Found in (grapefruit, kiwi, orange, papaya, strawberries, broccoli, sprouts, green pepper, chestnuts, cod, goat milk, soy beans, edamame)
